Step 1 – Prepare a Letter of Intent

The Letter of Intent (LOI) is a simple application letter that tells PBW Management who you are, where you would like to put up Pinoy Big Water, if you financially qualify for a franchise, and most importantly, if you are willing to be of business with us. As the process moves along we will require additional information from you. Filing up a LOI only takes a few minutes, so please complete and use the format specify and take the first step to becoming a Pinoy Big Water franchisee, and be Kuya’s instant friend. The fully-accomplished LOI shall be addressed and sent via mail to Pinoy Big Water Main Edition, Rawis, Legazpi City or you may directly call our business hotline at 052-482-1238 or 0920-926-9514 / 0920-568-0947 (Look for Raymond/Joseph). Step 2 – Phone Interview with Kuya

As soon as we receive your Letter of Intent, we promptly begin processing your information and one of our housemates will contact you. We tried our best to know exactly what is happening in your specific area and will give our best to answer any preliminary questions you might have. This is also a good time for us to get to know you and your goals, working schedules and necessary expectations. As some point, one of our housemates might visit your place to have a clear perspective of the business environment in your locality. Once we have completed your Profile, we can proceed to the next step and provide you a copy of our Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

Step 3 – Review MOA and return receipt to Pinoy Big Water

The Memorandum of Agreement is a disclosure document that detailed outline of our company, franchise system, and the franchise opportunity. It also includes important sections such as our form franchise agreement, the introduction to our operating procedures, and a list of other PBW Editions and their contact information. The MOA will provide you the detailed information that you are looking for to help make the decision to become a PBW franchisee.

Step 4 – Question and Answer Phone Call

After reviewing the MOA, you typically have many questions about the franchise opportunity. We might set up a time for you to discuss the MOA and the franchise opportunity in detail. This question and answer session is typically a conversation when you will time with us toanswer all of your questions and address any concerns you might have. This conversation usually ends by setting a date to take the next step which we refer to as Discovery Day.

Step 5 – Discovery Day

Discovery Day is a time when you will be given a chance to visit the nearest PBW Edition in your place and have the opportunity to meet and discuss your remaining concerns. During Discovery Day, you will learn about the company history, the current state of the business, our future plans, the development process, operations, and marketing. As the name Discovery Day implies, we hope that candidates have an opportunity to learn as much as they can about Pinoy Big Water. Discovery Day ends with a tour of our company-owned store where you get to experience what being a Pinoy Big Water franchisee is all about. For those who have already decided to become franchisees, Discovery Day is the perfect opportunity for them to execute their franchise agreements. For those who leave Discovery Day still undecided, we move on to the next step.

Step 6 – Decision Day

Shortly after your visit to one of our PBW Editions, we will contact you to set a time for you to make the decision to become a Pinoy Big Water franchisee. Once that decision has been made, we will send you the finalized MOA / Franchise Agreement for you to sign.

Step 7 – Execute Franchise Agreement

Once the franchise agreement has been executed, you will officially become a member of the growing Pinoy Big Water family! It will be your best chance to encourage Housemates within your locality to drink only Pinoy Big Water, ang totoong tubig ng buhay!
